Why Train Your Dog?

A trained dog is a happier dog!

Training strengthens the bond and mutual respect between you and your dog and creates a clear language that you both speak. Your dog will learn what is expected of them and how to navigate our human world. Puppies don't come preprogrammed knowing these things.

Through training, you will learn how to meet your dog's mental and physical needs so that they can be at their best!

My goal with each training dog is to teach them self-control and show them exactly what's expected of them in daily situations. I like my training sessions to feel like games so dogs enjoy working and learning!

Which is right for you?

No matter which option you choose, training is a lifelong adventure.

Dog owners must be willing to follow training guidelines, ensure they meet their dog's needs, practice training often, & enforce rules daily.

I will show you how, but it's up to you to follow through!

Get Started

Board & Train - Starting at $1,300

Best for busy dog owners who don't have time to put in the initial work of teaching the dog.

The trainer does the initial work to teach your dog the behavior, then teaches you how to maintain that training.
Trainers know what they're doing and can clearly communicate expectations to your dog, making learning faster and more enjoyable.
Being without your dog for an extended amount of time can be tough! (which is why most people choose to schedule these for when they'll be on vacation)

Private Lessons - $80-100/hr

Great for DIYers who want to be more involved in the entire training process.

The trainer teaches you how to teach your dog wanted behaviors and discourage bad habits.
Builds a stronger bond between you and your dog.
Sense of accomplishment when you reach goals together.
Can be confusing for the dog if the owner's instructions are unclear.

I know you're busy! That's why I allow my clients to choose how frequently we meet for lessons. Topics covered are tailored to what you need, and can range anywhere from basic manners to obedience in public to competition trial prep. Let's get to work!

Location options:

At Muddy Mutts: 2704 Janene St. Harrah, OK 73045 = $80/hour
In-Home: client's home or public location within 50 miles of Muddy Mutts = $100/hour
